Bremskerl North America Moving To New, Larger Facility

Bremskerl New FacilityBARTLETT, Ill. – Bremskerl has announced it will move to a larger 50,000-square-foot facility in Bartlett, Ill., on March 1. The move is needed in order to meet continued demand for the company’s RoHS- and REACH-compliant friction materials.

Bremskerl North America Inc. is a subsidiary of BREMSKERL-REIBBELAGWERKE EMMERLING GMBH & CO. KG, a global manufacturer of non-asbestos, RoHS- and REACH-compliant brake and clutch friction material for rail, industrial and commercial vehicle applications.

“The new facility provides approximately 40,000 square feet of additional space that will allow us to expand our production and distribution capabilities here,” says Michael Konrad, Bremskerl sales and marketing manager. “Our team is excited for this next step and appreciative of the continued support our customers have shown since opening our North American facility in 2005.”

The move follows the ISO 9001:2008 certification of Bremskerl’s North American facility in November.

Effective March 1st, the new address, phone number and fax number for Bremskerl is:

Bremskerl North America Inc.
