Independently owned and operated since 1980, Bi-State Motor Parts Inc. has been serving retail, wholesale and repair shops in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa. A Pronto member, Bi-State Motors also is a Platinum PPG paint dealer. Being independently owned, the company strives to go the extra mile for its customers. Staffed by experienced sales and counter professionals, the company has created the reputation of having a family atmosphere, Green Team says.

“When Fuse5 first started contacting us, we were not quite ready to make the change," said Jason Bolton, manager at Bi-State Motor Parts Inc. "When the time came, we looked at our current system and what the newer version had to offer, we went over all that they had to offer, including pricing. Then, we contacted Fuse5 about their options. This was an eye-opener to us. They have basically taken the parts industry to the next level.”

Green Team says it continues to make improvements to the Fuse5 system to meet the demand for solutions that will make independent business technologically relevant in an increasingly competitive environment.

“Now that we have gone live, we have noticed quite a few things that have improved. The ease of pricing, tracking POs, account management, receiving, cataloging and a big feature is 24-hour service,” said Bolton. “In the near future, we hope to have a website set up for our store. We look forward to Fuse5 helping us integrate this into our system also."

Bolton added, "One final note about Fuse5, they have treated us with the utmost respect, never like we are too small for them. They are always willing to work with us and listen to our concerns.”

“We are excited to have Bi-State with the Fuse5 family,” said Gabe Davis, CEO of Green Team Technologies. “Any of our current customers will tell you that we focus on what they need, not what we have. It’s because that attitude is imbedded in every member of our team, Fuse5 will continue to separate from the other options available in the space today, and tomorrow.”
