LIVERMORE, CA – Activant Solutions Inc. and Data Conversion Solutions Inc. (DCS) have signed an agreement through which Activant will provide support and related services to customers that have integrated the DCS QuickCollect-RF wireless data collection system into their Activant Ultimate platforms.

Effective immediately, all aftermarket distributors, jobbers and retailers that have integrated the QuickCollect-RF system with an Activant Ultimate distribution management solution can receive complete support for the system simply by contacting the Activant Automotive Products Customer Support department at 800-678-7423.

“This agreement enables our organization to focus on what we do best – develop innovative wireless software solutions – while ensuring that Activant customers receive the most convenient and effective support possible,” said DCS President Douglas Booth.

This new support agreement is the right answer for our customers.”
