Our VAST software and its associated modules provide clients with a powerful range of tools to manage every aspect of their business, from point of sale and order processing to inventory management and e-commerce.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to symbolize Aftersoft Network as a leading provider of software and e-commerce solutions for the automotive aftermarket. This individual must value quality products and be ready to capitalize on the opportunities arising from their demand, using a proven record of sales generation and account management skills to ensure sales targets are met. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a progressive and continually expanding company.

Key Objective:
To develop and manage the sales of business management software solutions to tire wholesalers, dealers and auto-service centers.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Drive sales calls from your personal lead generation (prospecting) and display successful closing ability and account maintenance.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Conduct clear and compelling sales presentations for executive level personnel as well as support staff.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
• Conduct sales presentations using various Internet-based technologies
• Assume lead sales representative for assigned products

Requirements:
• Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
• Minimum of 2-4 years B2B sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships across multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions
• Excellent leadership and consensus building skills
• Willingness to drive to sales appointments
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in closing profitable sales
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to COO/GM.

Hours and Environment:
Standard working hours are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday; however this position requires a flexible schedule with occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Work requires travel to current and potential clients. This requires possession of a valid state driver’s license within 60 days of employment. Travel will be required up to 40% of the time.

Remuneration Details:
The remuneration package is negotiable and will reflect the knowledge, experience and ability of the successful candidates.
