AutoZone Offers New Option to Order Parts Through Leading Shop Management Systems, eStores

AutoZone commercial customers will have broad visibility into the complete AutoZone network of local and hub stores to more rapidly and efficiently procure parts.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — AutoZone is offering commercial customers a new way to electronically check availability, price and order AutoZone parts through leading shop management systems, including R.O.Writer, DST/Navex, Protractor, Activant Integrated Service Estimator (ISE) and many others. This capability is made possible via the Activant AConneX connectivity solution.

AutoZone commercial customers will have broad visibility into the complete AutoZone network of local and hub stores to more rapidly and efficiently procure parts. This extensive new capability complements the AutoZone Commercial Program’s existing Web-based ordering system at www.autozonepro.com. Together, these electronic ordering solutions enable nearly any connected local, regional or national repair business, fleet operation or public sector customer to significantly reduce the time needed to identify, order and receive products through AutoZone.

"AutoZone is committed to improving the productivity of its customers through development of easy-to-use electronic ordering tools. This exciting new online ordering solution brings our extensive local and regional inventories of quality branded products directly to the customer’s desktop, which saves time by eliminating the need to use a paper catalog or pick up the phone," said Larry Roesel, senior vice president of AutoZone Commercial.

AConneX connectivity is suited to parts providers and commercial customers who want to drive sales and productivity through increased transaction speed and exceptional accuracy. The new capability is available to all AutoZone commercial customers utilizing shop management platforms integrated with AConneX connectivity.
