Federal-Mogul Launches ‘Totally MOOG’ Promotion for Professional Technicians

Totally MOOG 'Play to Win!' game piece offered with qualifying MOOG chassis part purchase.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Professional automotive repair technicians have the chance to win any of more than 1 million prizes and be entered into a sweepstakes drawing for a 2011 Daytona 500 trip package with each qualifying MOOG chassis part purchase through the new "Totally MOOG" online promotion from Federal-Mogul Corp.

Now through Aug. 15, 2010, the Totally MOOG promotion enables professional repair technicians across the U.S. to receive a "Play to Win!" game piece with their MOOG chassis part order from a participating auto parts supplier. Each gamepiece features either a game code or 1-point MOOG T-shirt message.

Technicians can then visit www.TotallyMOOG.com and either enter codes to reveal if they are a prize winner or learn how to redeem their game piece toward a Limited Edition MOOG NASCAR Championship T-Shirt. Each registered game piece also offers technicians the chance to win a trip for two to the 2011 Daytona 500 race.

Game code prizes available through the Totally MOOG promotion include Amazon.com gift cards valued at up to $50 and $500 Apple Store gift cards.

"There have never been more reasons for service shops and technicians to go ‘Totally MOOG’ with their steering and suspension repairs," said Michael Proud, North American marketing director, Federal-Mogul. "Only the MOOG brand offers the total package of extensive coverage, problem-solving innovation, industry-leading training and technical assistance, race-winning performance and world-class product quality. Regardless of whether the vehicle is foreign-nameplate or domestic, professional technicians can benefit by demanding MOOG products for the repair."

A preferred choice of NASCAR Sprint Cup crew chiefs, MOOG chassis parts help deliver consistent, precise steering and handling response combined with exceptional durability in virtually all vehicle applications, according to Federal-Mogul. The benefits of MOOG parts and other Federal-Mogul repair solutions are at the center of Federal-Mogul’s "Smart Choice" multi-brand campaign, which reinforces the message that longer lasting, better performing premium replacement products are today’s best option for professionals and do-it-yourselfers.
