There is also a classifieds page to help connect employers with potential employees, and a page devoted to the current work of the Improved Mobile Air Conditioning (I-MAC) project.

LANSDALE, Pa. — The Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide has launched a new Web site — www.macsw.org — designed to be more user-friendly and efficient.

Included on the new site is MACS’ membership and certification database, which is the backbone of the association information management system. MACS members can also find on the site member-only content, including a summary of member business advantages, archived convention presentations, ACTION magazine articles and back issues of the MACS Service Reports.

Visitors to the site can view mobile air conditioning technical and regulatory information, as well as a calendar of training and convention events and resources for industry professionals, student technicians and consumers.

He added, “Our Web site was conceived and designed in-house and we can re-act quickly to post news and communicate information and keep the site current easily. MACS members will also enjoy an expanded library of archived MACS publications in their exclusive area.”
