FullSpeed Automotive Appoints SVP of Retail Operations

Laura Sasser has been picked to lead FullSpeed's retail operations for its Grease Monkey, SpeeDee and Kwik Kar facilities.

FullSpeed Automotive, a franchisor and operator of automotive aftermarket repair facilities including Grease Monkey, SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service and Kwik Kar, appointed Laura Sasser as its new senior vice president of retail store operations for FullSpeed Automotive brands. The company said Sasser has an extensive background in restaurant management, retail operations and team building.

Sasser comes to FullSpeed after spending the past 18 years at Channel Control Merchants (CCM), a KKR portfolio company. The company said she contributed to CCM’s growth and was instrumental in its success by helping the company navigate complex challenges, spearheading growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets. Throughout her career, Sasser has garnered skills in various operations roles, including asset protection, inventory management, store operations and training and development.
