Merx Truck & Trailer Acquires North Texas Fleet Services

This acquisition positions Merx Truck & Trailer to continue its growth and expansion across the Midwest.

Provider of truck and trailer repair and maintenance services Merx Truck & Trailer announced it recently acquired North Texas Fleet Services, which has been providing truck and trailer maintenance and repair services since 2006.

The company has a highly skilled team of technicians and a state-of-the-art facility, which will be integrated with Merx Truck & Trailer’s operations, the company says.

Merx Truck & Trailer is a multi-location truck service organization serving collision and fleet service customers with locations across the midwest. Merx’s services include diesel engine repair, transmission repair, brake repair, collision work, paint, and oil changes.

The acquisition of North Texas Fleet Services aligns with Merx Truck & Trailer’s strategy of expanding its service offerings and geographic reach, the company adds. With this acquisition, Merx Truck & Trailer now has a strong presence in the Texas region, allowing the company to better serve customers in the area.

“We are excited to welcome North Texas Fleet Services to the Merx family,” said Christian Peneff, CEO of Merx Truck & Trailer. “This acquisition is an important step forward in our growth strategy, and we look forward to leveraging the expertise and capabilities of North Texas Fleet Services to better serve our customers and drive growth.”
