AllPro Distributing Makes Infrastructure, Personnel Changes

The company announces warehousing upgrades in addition to four personnel changes.

Over the past several months, AAM Group member AllPro Distributing has made significant changes in infrastructure and personnel as part of its long-term plan for consistent, strategic growth. AllPro executed these changes, which include major warehousing upgrades and a combination of internal promotions and new hires, to realize its five-year plan to become the super-regional truck accessory distributor for the Eastern United States.

New Primary Warehouse
AllPro recently moved its primary office and warehouse location to Birmingham, Alabama, effectively doubling its warehouse capacity.  The new facility has allowed the company to implement systems and efficiency improvements designed to enhance customer service and satisfaction.

Personnel Changes
In addition, AllPro has promoted two existing employees and made two external hires to fill new positions.  The following organizational changes each advance the distributor’s strategic growth plans:

  • John DeBlasio, Vice President of Sales: “Big John” DeBlasio has been in the truck accessories business for more than 20 years.  He began his industry journey at Cap World before joining AllPro, where he has served in outside sales for Florida.  John brings broad expertise in products, sales training and sales strategy to his new role as Vice President of Sales.
  • Chuck Schwam, Head of Business Development/Territory Manager: Schwan comes to AllPro as a longtime industry personality who has cultivated many important relationships across the Southeast and invaluable knowledge of the region.  Having previously worked for Bob Cook Sales and WeatherTech, Chuck will also serve as Territory Manager for Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
  • Travis Hughes, Purchasing Category Manager: Hughes brings extensive truck accessories product knowledge to his new role as Purchasing Category Manager.  Set to be mentored by veteran buyer and purchaser Kevin Falkner, Travis will play a key role in strengthening AllPro’s line card and inventory availability.
  • Evan Hawk, Creative Director: Hired by AllPro to amplify the company’s marketing efforts and digital content, Evan brings impressive experience in creative design and a fresh outlook to the organization.  As part of his responsibilities, Evan will generate visibility for resellers and provide a more consistent bridge to ongoing product deals and specials.
