H&H Enterprises, Inc. Acquires Stellar Distributing, LLC

Purchase extends distribution and retail footprint into Northern Georgia.

The AAM Group is pleased to announce that H&H Enterprises, Inc., the parent company of member AllPro Distributing, recently concluded its purchase of Stellar Distributing, LLC.  The acquisition, which includes a 75,000 sq. ft. cross-docking facility in Conyers, Ga., and six Leer Truck Accessory Centers, uniquely increases the distribution and retail power of H&H Enterprises in the growing Atlanta market and across northern Georgia.  Stellar Distribution, which was founded in 1999, enjoys a proud and respected retail/manufacturing history that actually stretches back to the mid-1970s.

AllPro Distributing will leverage the Conyers location to more aggressively service northern Georgia, facilitating new routes and reaching new customers with expanded next-day service across the entire state.  Located in strategically desirable locations throughout the greater Atlanta area, the six Leer Truck Accessory Centers bolster a lineup of 18 existing H&H Truck and Outdoor retail locations, which serve customers from locations across Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida.

“We feel extremely fortunate to be bringing a company the caliber of Stellar Distributing into the H&H Enterprises family,” said H&H owner Danny Harrell. “Obviously, we are excited to be digging further into the Atlanta market and surrounding areas.  Beyond those business opportunities, however, exist a longstanding mutual admiration, shared company values and deep ties to the state of Georgia that make this union especially gratifying.”
