Ramesh currently leads a boutique strategic consulting practice headquartered at Canada, as its Founder & Managing Director.  The firm focuses on supporting organizations in different phases – start up, scale up and in transition.  Specialized in story-telling and go-to-market, leadership mentoring and organizational architecture, serving enterprises across the US, Mexico Canada, Europe and India.  This is Ramesh’s third entrepreneurial venture having been a successful entrepreneur twice over in the past.

Prior to this, he held the role of Global Organizational transformation Director at Nemak SA, a $4.0 Bn (2019) automotive tier1 with global presence in 17 countries, employing in excess of 24,000 resources.  His primary role focused on defining organizational strategy and design, Global compensation, benefits & mobility strategies and executing them to meet the business vision of the organization.  In this role, he was based in Monterrey, Mexico between 2015 and 2020.
