Detlef Borghardt and Dzeki Mackinovski were elected new members of the board of Haldex AB at the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held Dec. 29, 2020.
Borghardt, until recently, was CEO at the SAF Holland Group, a global commercial vehicle supplier and manufacturer of chassis-related systems trailers and semi-trailers as well as for trucks. He is currently working as an independent adviser to the automotive industry. Borghardt has extensive experience as a supplier of commercial vehicles and trailers, as well as proven leadership with focus on customer relationships support to sales and the aftermarket to win new business and increased profitability.
Mackinovski has a deep knowledge of braking systems, particularly for commercial vehicles and trailers with extensive experience in purchasing of commercial vehicles in different key regions. He is currently executive vice president, Global Purchasing, Kongsberg Automotive Zürich. He has previously served in positions as senior vice president, Global Purchasing at Knorr-Bremse AG, as well as vice president, Purchasing Projects & Operations Asia Pacific at Volvo GTT, Shanghai.
