The training events are designed for parts/sales personnel and technicians.

Meritor, a leading global supplier of drivetrain, mobility, braking and aftermarket solutions for commercial vehicles, is hosting Aftermarket Product Training Events in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Designed for parts/sales personnel and technicians, Meritor’s training sessions are focused on improving customer satisfaction by providing attendees with proactive, solution-oriented skills and product information.

The Little Rock-based events are part of Meritor’s year-long training series, with additional events scheduled throughout the United States and Canada.

The Technical Parts/Sales Training Event will be held Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or Thursday, Feb. 20 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Topics covered include Air disc brakes, brake inspection & maintenance, diagnostics, new Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, and more.

The Service Training Event will be held Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. or Thursday, Feb. 20 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Topics covered include Air disc brakes, brake hardware, diagnosis, brake burnishing, driveline, suspension, and more.

The training events will be held at Hilton Garden Inn North Little Rock, 4100 Glover Ln, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
