Fix Network Hosts Masters Program

Open to the more than 450 Fix Auto staff in the UK, the applicants were narrowed down to a shortlist of 18 expert technicians who underwent an in-depth evaluation process.

Steve Leal, president and chief executive officer of the Fix Network announces the six finalists for the 2019 Fix Network Masters Program. Open to the more than 450 Fix Auto staff in the UK, the applicants were narrowed down to a shortlist of 18 expert technicians who underwent an in-depth evaluation process. 

Following two days of intense technical testing, developed with assistance from Fix Network’s global partners AkzoNobel, 3M and Thatcham Research, the top two in M.E.T, Paint and Panel were selected. These finalists will attend the Fix Auto UK Conference in October where the winners will be announced.

“I want to congratulate the finalists as well as all of our participants,” said Leal. “We have extremely talented team members within our network and our Masters Program has been developed specifically to highlight these dedicated individuals.” 

Nick Spiers, international operations manager for the Fix Network added, “This was a fantastic event bringing the Fix Auto family in the UK together. We look forward to launching this program globally to ensure technicians in every corner of the world where Fix Auto operates has the opportunity to participate.”

Panel finalist, Martin Willis said, “The support I received from my manager was great. I’m happy that I decided to compete. The competition only has enhanced my skill levels and by it demonstrated that I can rise to a challenge giving me real confidence in moving forward with my career.”
