In addition, the company has named Brian Murtagh as CFO.

Perry Cozzone, formerly president of the Americas for Colorcon, a world leader in pharmaceutical product development, has assumed the role of Global CEO of CRC Industries.

In a statement announcing his appointment, CRC said, “Cozzone’s experience in leading a global organization will help the company to achieve its tremendous growth potential as it continues to make strategic investments in its core business lines, emerging markets, operational excellence, acquisitions, innovation and infrastructure.”

Scott Grey, who previously served as CEO of CRC, will transition to president of the Americas, succeeding Wayne King when he retires later this year. The company says it will leverage Grey’s extensive experience with CRC to provide his strategic leadership to the Americas region and support the global initiatives.
