NexusTruck Organizes Second Meeting For Truck Community In Madrid

Participants watched the Lion Truck Racing Team at the Jamara circuit during the European Truck Race Championship, and celebrated the victory of the NexusTruck.

At the European Truck Racing Championship, Nexus organized several meetings to develop, reinforce and strengthen the N! Truck community. The group said it was an exciting event to share ideas and meet members from all around the world.

nexustruck-eventAfter the great success of the meeting in July in Nürburgring, Germany, the second NexusTruck event took place from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2, in Jarama, Madrid.

One-hundred-and-twenty guests attended the event, including URVI members and guests from Spain and Portugal, who, together with NexusTruck Members, viewed and supported the race from the VIP lodge and terrace. Participants watched the Lion Truck Racing Team at the Jamara circuit during the European Truck Race Championship, and celebrated the victory of the NexusTruck. URVI is a Nexus member grouping of truck parts distributors in Spain and Portugal.

The NexusTruck meeting took place in the Lion Truck Racing hospitality truck, which saw the presence of Philippe Guyot and François Hostalier (Nexus Team), Karim Abderrezak (A&M Distribution, Algeria), Indrius Bolisas and Sigita Ruseckaite (Jupojos Technica, Lithuania), Salim Khoury (Nasco, Middle East) and Alfonso Castellano (Urvi, Spain).

During the business meeting, participants had the chance to discuss the growth and development opportunities in the truck sector. The meeting also represented an occasion to announce the imminent opening of the first NexusTruck Centers: one in Spain and the other in Portugal.
