With more than 16 years of experience in assisting companies with setting up their operations in Mexico, Contreras’ professional history includes work in the areas of sales, business development, marketing, project management and international business development.

As vice president of sales and marketing for CPI, Contreras works with companies in helping them understand the estimated cost and time-line for their projects in Mexico. She guides CPI’s customers through the feasibility study, labor market, site selection and helps investors understand the advantages and disadvantages of the different cities. She has worked directly on more than 75 expansion projects in the Mexico region and has lead the expansion projects for notable companies like Icon Aircraft, Broan Nu-tone, Smiths aerospace division, Conesys, Aspen Medical, Southwire and Todco.

Contreras graduated from San Diego State University with Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing, and has extensive experience working in multicultural markets. Contreras currently travels the country educating global manufacturers on how to get started in Mexico.
