His present clients include innovative technology based companies from Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia and the U.S. Quanzen has extensive knowledge and deep contacts within local and global OEM companies in India across passenger, commercial and off-highway vehicle segments.
Prior to starting Quanzen in 2009, Sudhir was working as a vice president with the $16 billion international group Mahindra & Mahindra. In his executive career, he also has worked in general management positions with Hitachi Metals JV, Cincinnati Milacron, Klockner, Kodak and Otis. Apart from India, he has developed businesses in more than 22 countries across Europe, America, Africa and Asia over the past 18 years. This has made him familiar with different business practices and cultural aspects from around the world and how they need to be adapted for business success in India.
Sudhir holds a master’s degree in management from Mumbai University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
