Steve Jordan Joins Redline Detection As Senior Account Executive, Mobile Channel

Jordan comes to Redline from 19 years at Bosch North America, where he built strategic alliances with automotive OEM manufacturers and implemented distribution programs.

Redline Detection, manufacturer of diagnostic leak detection equipment, has announced this week while at the Mac Tools Tool Fair that Steve Jordan has joined the company as senior account executive for mobile tool operations.

Jordan comes to Redline from 19 years at Bosch North America, where he built strategic alliances with automotive OEM manufacturers and implemented distribution programs. Jordan has been in the tool and equipment industry for 35 years, first with General Motors, then Chrysler, Sun Electric, Bosch and now Redline.

“I am just honored to join the team at Redline. It’s a company I have long admired that makes absolute top quality equipment,” said Jordan.

Jordan joined the team just in time for the launch of the new Air Brake NanoLeak Finder, what Redline says is “groundbreaking technology” for air brake, air suspension and air powered accessory systems. With a simple, one-minute test cycle, the machine flashes a clear green/red, pass/fail light indicator for foolproof testing, regardless of technician, truck or trailer variables. Redline says its Air Brake NanoLeak Finder can indicate whether a vehicle, tractor or trailer meets U.S. DOT standards or risks being taken out of service. Engineered with safety in mind, even a relatively inexperienced technician can quickly and reliably test every vehicle, easily pinpointing the site of the problem, freeing more experienced technicians to make repairs.
