Brian Terrano Joins Bestop As Director Of Supply Chain Management

In his new role, Terrano will direct the company's global purchasing strategy and business processes that support Bestop's OE and aftermarket automotive customers.

Bestop Inc. has hired Brian Terrano as director of supply chain management for the manufacturer’s premium Jeep, truck and UTV products. In his new role, Terrano will direct the company’s global purchasing strategy and business processes that support Bestop’s OE and aftermarket automotive customers. He also will develop supply chain best practices involving Bestop’s inventory systems and cost management initiatives.

Terrano brings more than 20 years of experience in global sourcing, commodity management and supplier development for automotive and industrial original equipment manufacturers to the position. Reporting to Bestop CEO John Larson, he will maintain offices at both the company’s corporate headquarters in Louisville, Colorado, and Bestop’s Detroit-area engineering center.

“We are pleased to have Brian joining our leadership team in the vital role of director of supply chain management,” said Larson. “With his extensive experience in managing global purchasing teams, we are confident Brian will provide great value to Bestop Inc.”

Prior to joining Bestop, Terrano was a global senior commodity manager for ZF TRW in Washington Township, Michigan. He also spent more than seven years at CNH Industrial, which is part of the Fiat Group, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating with the role of senior manager of chemical commodity purchasing. Earlier in his career, he worked for Behr America and Valeo Switches and Detection Systems in Michigan. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business communication from Rochester College in Rochester, Michigan.
