Delphi Named One Of The World’s Most Ethical Companies By The Ethisphere Institute

The recognition was given by the Ethisphere Institute, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

Delphi-LogoGILLINGHAM, England – For the third year, Delphi Automotive PLC has been named one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” for fostering a culture of ethics and transparency at every level of the company. The recognition was given by the Ethisphere Institute, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

“A strong culture of ethics and integrity is a fundamental part of our organization,” said David Sherbin, senior vice president, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer, Delphi Automotive. “For Delphi to be named one of the World’s Most Ethical companies three years in a row confirms that our commitment to developing and executing robust ethics and compliance programs is working around the world.”

Ethisphere’s “World’s Most Ethical Companies” are selected using scores generated in five key categories: ethics and compliance programs, corporate citizenship and responsibility, culture of ethics, governance and leadership, innovation and reputation.

Delphi received the designation the past three years and is one of only three automotive companies to receive the award.
