Republic Diesel Opens New Louisville Location

Founded in 1911 as Republic Welding Co., Republic Diesel today is a multi-faceted company providing an exclusive line of medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, diesel engine machining services and truck repair service.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Republic Diesel Inc. has opened a new parts distribution facility in Louisville, Ky. The new location combines the parts operations from the Republic Diesel and A-C Brake locations in Louisville.
 
Republic Diesel said the parts relocation will facilitate the expansion of its drive-line, engine rebuild and machine shop divisions, and will allow the company to better service its customers.

The company also is an authorized Capacity truck dealer, specializing in yard trucks and day cabs for sale, rental or lease.
 
Republic Diesel has locations in Louisville, Lexington, Prestonburg, Ky., and Jeffersonville, Ind.
