David Mestdagh Joins General Motors Customer Care And Aftersales

As general director of global product development, Mestdagh replaces Beth Grotz, who recently retired after 34 years with GM.

david_mestdaghd webDavid Mestdagh has joined General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales (GM CCA) as general director of global product development. Mestdagh will lead the global product development team for the GM Certified Service and ACDelco brands.

Prior to joining GM, Mestdagh served as vice president and general manager of Delphi Product & Service Solutions North America. His responsibilities included oversight of both independent aftermarket and OE service channels.

“David’s unique experience working with many key aftermarket companies will be an excellent addition to our team,” said Paul Copses, executive director, GM CCA. “It will help us continue to accelerate the growth of our global aftersales business.”

Mestdagh replaces Beth Grotz, who recently retired after 34 years with GM.

Before joining Delphi, Mestdagh served in increasingly senior aftermarket leadership roles at TRW, Continental, Visteon and Federal-Mogul.
