Wolverine Advanced Materials Names Michael Beyer as New CFO

Most recently, Beyer worked at Affinia Group, where he served as the corporate controller, responsible for managing the corporate accounting department.

DEARBORN, Mich. – Wolverine Advanced Materials, a provider of specialty rubber coated materials used in automotive and industrial noise reduction and sealing applications, has hired Michael Beyer as its new CFO.
 
Beyer spent nearly 15 years at Dana Corp., where he held a number of financial and accounting positions with increasing levels of responsibility both at the manufacturing and corporate levels. From there, he spent a combined five years successively at both Owens Corning Corp. and Janesville Acoustics, where he was a divisional controller for two operating divisions and business unit CFO, respectively.  After that, Beyer was a project consultant for Huron Consulting, where he helped to develop SEC reporting compliance, among other duties. Most recently, he worked at Affinia Group, where he served as the corporate controller, responsible for managing the corporate accounting department.
