VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, MI — Kenneth Woodrow has been elected to Visteon’s board of directors. He will serve on the audit, corporate governance and nominating committees.
Woodrow spent 31 years at Target Corp. (formerly Dayton-Hudson Corp.), serving as vice chairman from 1999 until his retirement in 2001. From 1994 to 1999 he was president of Target Stores, Dayton-Hudson’s largest operating division with annual revenues of more than $23 billion. He held many other key roles with the company in logistics, administration, merchandising, operations and planning.
Woodrow also serves on the boards of Delta Air Lines Inc., Shock Doctor Inc. and Groves Academy. He is also the chairman of the board of trustees of Hamline University.
