Valvoline Named Vendor of the Year by Monro Muffler Brake

Valvoline has been named 'Vendor of the Year' by Monro Muffler Brake for the second consecutive year. Valvoline is the lubricants, filter and service chemical supplier to the Rochester, NY-based chain.

ROCHESTER, NY — Valvoline has been named ‘Vendor of the Year’ by Monro Muffler Brake for the second consecutive year. Valvoline is the lubricants, filter and service chemical supplier to the Rochester, NY-based chain.

“Our partnership with Monro has been beneficial to both parties,” said Valvoline Senior Vice President of Distributor Sales John Wesley. “Becoming the first Monro vendor to receive this award for two consecutive years proves we have delivered what we promised.”

“The Valvoline organization played an important role as we experienced increased average car count and as we increased customer loyalty in our oil change business,” said Monro Vice President of Merchandising Dave Baier. “We look forward to many more years of mutual success as we work with Valvoline to service our growing customer base.”

Monro has stores in 18 states, operating under the Monro Muffler Brake and Service, Speedy Auto Service by Monro, Kimmel Tires-Auto Service, Tread Quarters Discount Tires and Mr. Tire brands.
