Truck-Lite Receives Innovation Award From Buffalo Business First

Truck-Lite Co., a global provider of heavy-duty lighting, wire harness, mirror, telematics and visibility systems, recently received the Innovation award from Buffalo Business First during its 2018 Manufacturing Awards ceremony in Buffalo, New York.

Truck-Lite received one of three innovation awards alongside Buffalo Manufacturing Works and Great Lakes Orthodontics Inc. Other categories included community involvement, exporting, family run manufacturing, general excellence, operational excellence, STEM education, sustainability and women in manufacturing.

Business First honors manufacturing companies that represent a major economic force in the Buffalo Niagara region. Companies were nominated and selected by an independent panel of judges based on the category criteria. Multiple winners appeared in different categories based on local employment size.
