The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Inc. announced it has welcomed Westrac to the Alliance family as the very first shareholder owner in Belize. Originally known as Western Tractor Supply, the company began as a distributor of engine oils and tractor parts. In 1985, the small group of investors grew, and the company expanded into the automotive parts industry. 

Donaldson Co. has received a binding offer from Nelson Global Products Inc. to purchase its Exhaust and Emissions (E&E) business. Donaldson’s E&E business contributed approximately $120 million of revenue to the Engine Products segment in fiscal 2019. The transaction would include Donaldson’s dedicated E&E sales and engineering functions, production facilities and lab capabilities. 

Innova Electronics Corp., a leading supplier of test equipment and diagnostic reporting for the automotive aftermarket, announce that O’Reilly Auto Parts will now carry its CarScan line of wireless on-board diagnostic tools. The new line of RepairSolutions2 app-compatible tools will be available at all 5,420 O’Reilly retail locations beginning this month.

The Automotive Distribution Network (The Network) continues to extend the Auto Pride brand nationwide with the recent signings of Champion Brands based in Clinton, Missouri, and Port Washington, New York’s, Harbor Point Supply.

Uni-Select has reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ended Dec. 31, 2019.Sales down 1.5% in constant currency to $412.6 million in Q4 and up 1.1% in constant currency to $1,739.6 million for 2019.
