Wallerich to oversee company's growing portfolio of distributor accounts.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. – Anthony “Tony” Wallerich has been appointed national sales manager, traditional accounts by Wells Manufacturing. In this role, he will oversee Wells’ growing portfolio of business with leading two- and three-step distributors.

Wallerich joins Wells after four years as area sales manager for UCI International Inc. He has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, beginning his career as a counterperson at a NAPA Auto Parts store in Covington, Ind. Wallerich worked in a series of increasingly responsible sales positions over a 17-year period with BWD Automotive Corp. He then operated an aftermarket sales agency, CAN-AM Automotive Marketing Co., for three years before joining UCI as area sales manager in 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwood University in Midland, Mich.

“Tony is a highly skilled professional who knows our products and has extensive experience in helping distributors maximize their sales,” said Bill Nonnamaker, vice president, sales and marketing, Wells. “He joins our team at a very exciting time, as we aggressively expand the presence of Wells solutions within the traditional channel.”
