TROY, Mich. Tony Croy has been promoted to the position of managing director, NAFTA, for TMD Friction. In this new role, he is responsible for TMD’s business units in NAFTA including all commercial, engineering and manufacturing operations, serving TMD’s OE and replacement part friction business in Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Croy will reports to Greg Scheessele, senior vice president, TMD Americas.
Croy has more than eight years of experience in the automotive industry. He has worked for TMD Friction as managing director in Dublin, Va., responsible for TMD’s U.S. Production Operations for automotive and commercial vehicles.
In 2009, he transferred with TMD to Mexico as managing director for the manufacturing plant in Queretaro, Mexico. This plant produces automotive and commercial vehicle products for the United States, Canadian, Mexican, European, Central American and Australian markets.
