DANBURY, Conn. — FRAM has launched its 2011 Commercial Vehicle Heavy Duty Catalog. Distributed to all FRAM heavy duty customers, including a variety of heavy duty specialists along with traditional automotive distributors, the 2011 catalog features expanded coverage and a corresponding online catalog that will be updated on a monthly basis.
“With the expansion of both on-highway and off-highway heavy duty applications, it’s important we create a go-to resource that’s user-friendly, comprehensive, detailed and helps simplify the decision-making process for our customers,” said Layne Gobrogge, heavy duty product manager for FRAM. “We’ve updated the FRAM 2011 Commercial Vehicle Heavy Duty Catalog to do just that – meet the needs of today’s heavy duty customer, and offer the quality synonymous with FRAM.”
The 2011 catalog allows customers to easily find the correct filter by looking up the vehicle, engine and competitive or OE cross-reference number. The catalog includes:

• More than 5,000 new competitive cross-references
• More than 3,200 off-highway vehicle applications
• More than 2,500 on-highway vehicle applications
• More than 780 new engine applications
