LANSDALE, Pa. Steve Schaeber has joined the staff of the Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide as a service training specialist.
Schaeber has been employed in the automotive industry for more than 20 years, as a working technician at independent repair shops and as an instructor at a post-secondary school and a community college. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Penn College of Technology in automotive technology management, and has been MACS-certified since 1995. In addition, he has been a MACS Section 609 proctor since 2006.
“As cars become more technically complex, the mission of MACS Worldwide is expanding to cover all aspects of total vehicle climate and thermal management,” said Elvis Hoffpauir, MACS president and COO. “Steve will be a great asset to our technical training staff in helping us serve the need for accurate mobile A/C service and repair information and our ability to deliver it live, in print and digitally.”
