Snap-on Doubles Software Coverage with Software Bundle 10.2

The new Software Bundle 10.2 provides more than 59,000 new codes, tests, tips and data, including drivability, diesel, undercar, transmission, body control coverage and more.

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – With its recent introduction of Software Bundle 10.2, Snap-on has doubled its diagnostics coverage in just three short years, according to Bill Bruno, vice president of sales and marketing for Snap-on Diagnostics.

The new Software Bundle 10.2 provides more than 59,000 new codes, tests, tips and data, including drivability, diesel, undercar, transmission, body control coverage and more.

“Drivability is crucial coverage, and you don’t want to be at a loss with out-of-date software,” said Bruno. “Snap-on’s Software Bundle 10.2 is packed with drivability coverage for specific factory level engine capabilities from 1994 through 2008, plus all the drivability coverage from previous releases. Software Bundle 10.2 gives shop owners and technicians more answers faster, keeping more repairs in their shop.”

Snap-on Software Bundle 10.2 drivability highlights include expanded Ford misfire diagnostic coverage, engine functional tests and resets, and emissions and EVAP.
