Ritchie Engineering Co., a provider of service tools for HVAC&R professionals and manufacturer of YELLOW JACKET products, has announced today the hiring of Cheryl Bates as marketing manager. She joined the company on Feb. 13.

Bates will be responsible for driving marketing strategies for all of the markets served and throughout the entire Yellow Jacket product line.

Bates comes to Ritchie Engineering with more than 20 years of experience in marketing communications and management.  She is a proven leader in strategic planning and budget management. She has a history of collaborative work ethic and has strengthened brand integrity and innovation throughout her career, according to Ritchie.
