Ritchie Engineering Co. Hires Director Of Engineering

Proven professional Greg Guse to lead YELLOW JACKET Engineering Division.

Ritchie Engineering Co. Inc., a provider of service tools for HVAC/R and automotive professionals and manufacturer of YELLOW JACKET products, announces the hiring of Greg Guse as director of engineering.

In this role, Guse is responsible for driving product strategy and development, as well as contributing to the marketing and business strategy for the YELLOW JACKET HVAC/R and Automotive Divisions. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Greg to our team,” said Tom Ritchie, president. “He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in engineering that will serve our customers and brand very well.” 

Guse comes to Ritchie Engineering Co. with more than 20 years of experience in power generation engineering, including the design of the triple dumping truck and refuse trucks. Most recently, he worked as the mechanical engineering manager of the Value Enhancement Team at Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, Wisconsin. 

A Minnesota native, Guse graduated from Minnesota State University in Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering & Technology and earned his MBA degree in International Business from Marquette University.
