RepairPal Partners with Bosch Service Centers

The agreement will introduce RepairPal's services to the nearly 1,000 Bosch Service Centers across the United States.

EMERYVILLE, Calif. — RepairPal, an online/mobile web directory for auto repair, has announced an agreement with Robert Bosch LLC. The agreement will introduce RepairPal’s services to the nearly 1,000 Bosch Service Centers across the United States. In addition, RepairPal has been added to Bosch’s vendor partner program, and RepairPal’s AppointmentsPlus service will be a key benefit for Bosch Service locations.

RepairPal’s AppointmentsPlus service delivers new, ‘in-market’ customers in need of immediate repair services to quality shops and dealerships across the U.S. RepairPal and its affiliates provide customers with realistic expectations of what a specific repair on their car entails and will cost. This reduces a customer’s need to shop around and leads to less “sticker shock,” higher rates of satisfaction and more repeat business.

“We’re particularly excited about working with Bosch because their stringent program requirements focus heavily on technical training and customer service, which helps both the shop owners and their customers,” said David Sturtz, CEO of RepairPal. “These are exactly the types of shops the visitors to our site want to work with.”

Michael Lippman, Bosch service concept manager, added, “We are pleased to recommend RepairPal to our members as an immediate and effective way to connect with potential customers. RepairPal uniquely addresses a wide range of repairs and geographies, for both web and mobile device users. This strategic alliance will provide our members with a state-of-the-art service for cost-effectively acquiring new customers.”
