Repairify, Inc., a Kinderhook Industries portfolio company, and Autel U.S., a subsidiary of Autel Intelligent Technology Corp., Ltd., shared their partnership’s key achievements this year and unveiled their 2024 plans. The collaboration between Repairify and Autel has improved the workflow and documentation process in collision and glass repair shops. This improvement comes from integrating Repairify’s remote services and authentic OEM tool scans with Autel’s Remote Expert platform. The integration, now available on Autel MaxiSYS Ultra series tablets and MaxiFlash XLink devices, streamlines vehicle diagnostics, calibrations, and programming, reducing the need for multiple in-shop tools.
This summer, the two companies introduced adasThink for Autel users. This feature offers pre-repair insights into necessary vehicle calibrations, aiding shops in producing accurate estimates and reducing the likelihood of supplemental charges, the companies said. The initiative also aims to enhance customer satisfaction and expedite insurance reimbursement.
In the first quarter of 2024, Autel and Repairify plan to further enhance their services with several new releases, including asTech insights offering AI-driven repair recommendations,. This is an expansion of Repairify’s remote services and new next-generation calibration rigs manufactured by Autel.
Autel CEO Chloe Hung emphasized the company’s commitment to offering comprehensive solutions for the evolving vehicle repair market.
“With one system, we aim to redefine the industry’s approach to modern vehicle service and repair,” Hung said. “Our partnership with Repairify enhances our ability to offer efficient, comprehensive solutions, especially in collision and glass repair.”
