Pronto Names Delphi OE Supplier of the Year

The National Pronto Association has named Delphi Corp. its 2004 Supplier of the Year for Original Equipment (OE) Products. Delphi has earned this recognition for the second consecutive year.

TROY, MI — The National Pronto Association has named Delphi Corp. its 2004 Supplier of the Year for Original Equipment (OE) Products. Delphi has earned this recognition for the second consecutive year.

Delphi officials were presented with the award during Pronto’s annual supplier meeting in Orlando, Fla., on Sept. 30.

The award, which recognizes the best overall supplier of OE parts to Pronto members across North America, is based on new product availability, customer service, sales and marketing programs, and shipping performance.

“Pronto members have developed a strong relationship with Delphi,” said Bill Maggs, president, National Pronto Association. “Delphi offers our members the ability to sell great OE parts to their professional service customers and provides the latest in advanced diagnostic and service information to help our independent service dealers compete.”

Representing Delphi at the award ceremony was Scott Donnelly, national sales manager, Delphi Product & Service Solutions. “It was an unbelievable honor to receive this award for the second year in a row on behalf of Delphi,” said Donnelly. “The Pronto organization is important for Delphi, and a key reason for our early success in the aftermarket.”
