FORT WORTH, Texas — National Pronto Association has announced the addition of two new shareholders to the Pronto Group.
Cross Country Auto Parts located in Albuquerque, N.M., and Lubricantes Peninsulares SA de CV located in La Paz, Mexico, joined the Pronto group effective Aug. 1.
Cross Country is a start-up warehouse serving Albuquerque, the State of New Mexico and Southern Colorado. Joe Vallejos is the general manager and Adam Martin is the program manager of Cross Country.
Lubricantes Peninsulares serves the Baja California Sur area of Mexico with locations in La Paz and Cabo San Lucas. Rene Ruiz Isais is the operations officer and Daniel Ruiz Isais is the sales manager. Lubricantes is Pronto’s third shareholder in Mexico.
