Program Targets Employees Who Want to Open Their Own Shop

MALVERN, Pa. – Art Blumenthal LLC has launched a new program targeting the aftermarket’s “best and brightest” to become owners of their own tire and auto service shops. The “Be Your Own Boss” marketing campaign incentivizes current shop managers and associates who desire to own their own business by offering up to $10,000 in “Bonu$Buck$” on qualifying deals as a credit to the purchase.

Blumenthal, a business broker specializing in the tire and auto service aftermarket, created the program in response to his findings that most successful aftermarket shop owners who bought their businesses in the past 10 years had a background as a store associate.

The program provides the roadmap and launch pad for potential buyers to achieve business ownership. Blumenthal’s “Be Your Own Boss” buyer registry provides a means for potential buyers to receive regular preference-based updates on the best matches of aftermarket businesses for sale, coaching assistance and information regarding seller and SBA financing.
