Perfect Equipment Names Johannes Michalski New CEO

Michalski succeeds the company's president, Mike Astorino, who will remain involved as business consultant.

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Perfect Equipment Inc., a manufacturer of wheel balance weights, announced that Johannes Michalski has been appointed CEO. Michalski succeeds the company’s president, Mike Astorino, who will remain involved as business consultant.

Michalski joins Perfect Equipment from a leading provider of mechanical and electronic key systems, lock sets, steering locks and remote control systems for the automotive industry. Michalski served as chief operating officer for the North American Division.
