Delphi Donates $10,000 to the University of the Aftermarket Foundation
Delphi Product & Service Solutions President Frank Ordonez recently presented the University of the Aftermarket with a $10,000 check from Delphi. The donation was given to the University of the Aftermarket Foundation General Endowment fund, which is used to support continued education in the aftermarket.
David and Mary Caracci Pledge $50,000 to University of the Aftermarket Foundation
Aftermarket leader David Caracci and his wife Mary have pledged $50,000 to the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, making them Honorary Trustees. Their pledge is in support of Northwood University and in memory of Marilyn Schwartz, the late wife of Jarmms Associates’ Mort Schwartz, past chairman of the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA).
Caracci Named Chairman of University of the Aftermarket Foundation; Group Celebrates 20th Anniversary
In conjunction with its 20th anniversary, the University of the Aftermarket Foundation is reaffirming its commitment to the educational needs of the aftermarket, electing Dave Caracci to serve as chairman of the board of trustees. Caracci replaces former chair Robert Raff, who has retired from the post after eight years of volunteer service. Caracci currently serves as chairman of the board of directors of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) and recently retired from Robert Bosch Corp.
