AASP-MN Raises More Than $7,000 With 11th Annual Race for Automotive Education Campaign
The association’s Automotive Education Fund was established in 2002 to provide financial resources to support automotive students, enhance automotive programs and raise awareness of career opportunities in the automotive service industry. Since its inception, nearly $129,000 has been distributed directly to students enrolled in automotive programs through the association’s scholarship program and SkillsUSA participation.

AASP-MN will host “Audi & Volkswagen Diagnostics,” from 4-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Dunwoody College of Technology in Minneapolis. On Thursday, Nov. 29, AASP-MN will host “No B.S. Guide to Converting Telephone Leads into Paying Customers.”
AASP Adds NATA to Affiliate Ranks
The Northwest Automotive Trades Association (NATA) represents 662 automotive businesses in Oregon and southwest Washington, including collision, repair and transmission, auto recyclers, parts suppliers and tow operators.

As the second weekend in March approaches, the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ) says it is putting the final touches on its 35th annual NORTHEAST 2012 Automotive Services Show taking place March 9, 10 and 11 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center of Secaucus, N.J.
