Accuride Names Chairman of the Board, Announces Executive Management Appointments
Accuride has named its Chairman of the Board and also announced new executive management appointments. The changes are effective immediately. Terrence Keating, Accuride’s current chief executive officer (CEO) and member of the board of directors has been named chairman of the board and will continue as the company’s CEO. Keating succeeds James Greene, Jr., as Chairman. Greene will remain on the board as the lead independent director.

Accuride Corp. this week announced several executive management appointments and redistribution of responsibilities, which are effective immediately. Jamie Greene, member of KKR, LLC, and chairman of Accuride’s Board, said the appointments “… are a natural evolution of top leadership responsibilities at Accuride.”
GDX Announces Executive Management Appointments
GDX Automotive has appointed Howard Duxbury as COO and president, global. Duxbury came to GDX Automotive after senior management positions with TI Automotive and Siebe Automotive. In addition to Duxbury’s appointment, GDX also announced the appointments of several senior executives who will report to Duxbury.
