The board of directors of Automatic Transmission Parts (ATP-Inc.) has announced a number of executive appointments. The board has promoted Gary Rogak to president. He most recently served as executive vice president.
Lear Announces Executive Appointments
Fortune 500 automotive interiors company Lear Corp. announced the following organizational changes this week. Jim Brackenbury, has been named president – Mexican Operations, succeeding Dino de Falco who is retiring. Frank Orsini succeeds Brackenbury as president of the DaimlerChrysler Division and Dan Golles replaces Orsini as vice president – GM Truck Group. Brackenbury, Orsini and Americo Nesti, president – South American Operations whose position remains unchanged, report directly to Douglas DelGrosso, president and COO – Americas. Golles will report to Frank Sovis, president of Lear’s GM Division.
Collins & Aikman Announces Executive Appointments
Collins & Aikman Corp. has announced a number of executive assignments and appointments. Bryce Koth has been appointed to the position of CFO, effective immediately. Koth was the company’s vice president-finance and controller and head of tax. Prior to coming to Collins & Aikman in 2002, Koth had held senior finance positions at Visteon and Ford Motor Co., and had worked at Deloitte and Touche.

Wells Manufacturing Announces Two Executive Appointments
Wells Manufacturing recently appointed automotive aftermarket veteran Chris Stock to the position of national sales and marketing manager for the company’s traditional aftermarket business. In addition, Wells recently announced the promotion of Gene Langenecker within its leadership team. Langenecker is now national sales and marketing manager for the retail aftermarket.

3M Announces Executive Appointments
Adhesives maker 3M announced a number of executive changes this week. Among them was a change in the company’s Automotive Aftermarket Division. Effective Oct. 1, Robert MacDonald, current vice president of 3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division, will become senior vice president of marketing and sales for the company, succeeding David Powell, who plans to retire after 34 years with the company.
BorgWarner Announces Two Executive Appointments
BorgWarner announced two new executive appointments this week. John McGill has been promoted to the newly created position of vice president, global supply chain and champion of emerging market utilization. Cynthia Niekamp will step into McGill’s previous role as president and general manager of BorgWarner TorqTransfer Systems, Drivetrain Group, and vice president of BorgWarner Inc.
