PACCAR Parts was recognized as a 2023 Top Company for Women to Work For in Transportation by the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). This is the fifth consecutive year PACCAR Parts has earned the designation.

Companies honored with the designation were hand-selected by the WIT nominating committee for fostering a company culture that promotes gender diversity and workplace equality, PACCAR Parts said. Also recognized were PACCAR Parts’ competitive compensation and benefits, as well as professional development and advancement opportunities.

PACCAR Parts said it believes diversity in the workplace increases innovation, well-rounded decision-making and employee engagement. The company’s Diversity Council, Mentorship Program and chapter of the PACCAR Women’s Association are dedicated to promoting equitable growth for all employees by leveraging different backgrounds, skills and viewpoints.

“The inclusive work environment at PACCAR Parts ensures that we have the talent needed to uphold our commitment to excellence in aftermarket transportation solutions,” said Laura Bloch, PACCAR Parts general manager and PACCAR vice president. “We’re proud to continue to stand with WIT in their mission to promote the advancement of women in the trucking industry. We are honored to celebrate another year as one of its Top Companies for Women to Work For in Transportation.”
