Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) in July was down 11.2% compared to July 2019. While we are closing the shortfall, (VMT was down almost 40% in April) the gains are starting to come more slowly. Traffic was down the most in the Northeast states (-15.4%) while the North Central states were the most improved, down only 9.7%.
