OBITUARY: Winfred Vallance, Former Four Seasons Exec, Died June 5

Vallance worked for many years in the automotive industry and retired from Four Seasons Automotive in 2008. He served with distinction on APRA's Board of Directors.

FT. WORTH, Texas — Winfred D. Vallance, 73, passed away Saturday, June 5, after a long battle with cancer.

Winfred (Dan) was born April 4, 1937, in Plaska to Ruby and Marvin Vallance. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy until his retirement in 1975 as a lieutenant commander of nuclear submarines. Vallance was an intelligent man with a master’s degree in physics. After his retirement, he worked for many years in the automotive industry and retired from Four Seasons Automotive in 2008. Vallance served with distinction on APRA’s Board of Directors.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. Survivors: Wife of 52 years, Beverly Vallance; children, Robbie Vallance, Dan K. Vallance and Norma Amalou; and a host of loving family members and friends.
