Divjot Singh has been promoted from applications engineer to senior product development engineer. Singh has been with NTN since 2011, and has assisted the aftermarket product management team with adding product to the BCA & Bower product lines by conducting market research, engineering validation and testing, as well as performing technical training. In his new role, he will take on full engineering responsibility for the BCA wheel hub product line, which includes managing the labor and warranty claims process, while maintaining his role as the senior engineer for the business unit. His new role will also have an emphasis on managing costs, source changes, and the differential kit program.

Josh Osinski has been promoted from catalog analyst to senior catalog analyst. Osinski has been with NTN since 2017 as an analyst for the automotive aftermarket catalog team. In his new role, he will manage ACES and PIES catalog data, compile data for new part releases, interface with customers to keep their data current, and monitor existing data for any improvements that can be made, including product attributes, application notes, and new product images.

Patrick Cronin has been promoted from marketing communications specialist to senior marketing Specialist. Cronin joined NTN is 2017, and has managed the communication activities, played a critical role in marketing planning, and supported the automotive aftermarket business unit with PR, advertising, digital marketing, and customer promotions. In his new role, he will take on additional high level strategic planning and budgeting responsibilities, while continuing to manage the day-to-day tactical items.

Kenny Feng has been hired as the sales & marketing coordinator. In this newly created role, Feng’s primary responsibility is to provide organized, efficient, and effective administrative support to the Automotive Aftermarket sales & marketing teams in their efforts to sell and support the BCA and Bower brand offerings in the automotive and HD truck aftermarkets. Feng has previous experience in the automotive aftermarket, which makes him an ideal fit for this role.

Finally, Eric Snow has been hired as the catalog analyst. Snow will fill the vacancy created by the promotion of Osinski, and will support the aftermarket catalog team in their task to develop, refine & deliver electronic product information data. Snow will also support the field sales team in preparing market & customer focused deliverables in electronic formats, and play a role in annual product line reviews. Snow has previous experience in automotive aftermarket catalog management, which enables him to start contributing immediately.

“This is an exciting time for the Automotive Aftermarket team” said Charles Harris, VP of automotive aftermarket. “We are extremely proud to announce the well-deserved promotions of those who have supported the growth of our business unit, and to also welcome two new team members who are already making great contributions to NTN”.
